Perhaps your members would be interested in learning more about being a Virtual Assistant. Check out the postings "CRIS hires VA"; and TeamDoubleClick.com.
I work primarily from home, and am the mother of 4 children; from 18 months to 20 years old. I love that I was able to hire an assistant and be flexible with requirements and hours so that she can work, to help support her family, and still be there every day for her 8 month old child.
From one mom to another - all the best!
