What It Truly Means To Be “HOLDING HANDS WITH JESUS”

Author’s newly published book is a collection of testaments of faith, praise, and worship

 This little book was written in hopes that in some small way it may reach a lonely or lost soul, console a saddened individual, keep a smile on a happy individual, or mostly bring back a searching soul to the Lord.  She puts her thoughts and sentiments into beautiful expressions, praises, lamentations, and prayers.  From honoring God’s immense love to Jesus’ tight embrace while the author cried her heart out, from holding hands with Jesus to gazing upon His cross, from breathing in the Holy Spirit to loving like the Blessed Mother Mary, and more, these stirring verses and lines are sure to touch every reader’s heart and soul.        

 There are also “Author’s Notes” that may help explain why she writes the way she does whenever she feels a different array of emotions.  She says, “Just remember as you read, ‘Jesus is ready to hold your hand too.’.”

About the Author

Mary Madeleine Thiboutot fell in love with Stanley Theriault when she was a young Catholic schoolgirl and he was a young man with a hint of possibly sliding to the wrong side of the law in Southern Maine.  They married young and have two beautiful daughters, both raised in parochial schools and steeped in Catholicism. The family they created has grown, changed, and been through many trials.  Through every military move, through every trial of will, and through many things that would have shattered other people, that young love has survived and grown and kept Mary and Stan together. Mary suffers from end stage COPD and can no longer work outside the home. Today, they are active in their church and still deeply in love.  She writes amazing poetry, some of which has been published, creates her own greeting cards, and has taught CCD to kids who remember her years later.
